Meet the Support Web team

Were you aware that, here in support we design, develop and maintain the support website in-house. With a handful of experienced people within our talented support team, we keep both the website and our KnowledgeBase up-to-date with any release news and information.

Our Web team consists of :

Stuart Miles: Over 18 years experience in Design, Website maintenance and Multimedia. Outside the office and in-between parenting Stu's interests are 3D Animation & Special Effects, sketching, playing pool, quizzes and cycling. His wife ensures that he does all of the DIY projects around the home.

Alan Titcombe: Web team manager, 25 years experience in IT and customer support and currently managing the support software release documentation. Alan has a fine knowledge of military history, he is interested in photography and is also a railway enthusiast.

Kevin Turner: Works front-line support but tackles web development enhancement requests and other challenges that we throw at him. Kevin enjoys PS3 gaming, playing pool and the odd game of cards.

Of course, we all have a great sense of humour.
