Did you know that in addition to our regular application support services, we also provide a range of technical services? Our latest service, checks and verifies the SQL backups you regularly take. Used as a part of an IT disaster recovery plan, this service minimises the chance that a failed backup will cost your business in both time and money.

This regular feature provides you with some useful software product 'HINTS & TIPS'. This time, it's Personal Tax, iXBRL Review & Tag and Central.


4 - EVER CHANGING WEB

As part of an on-going project, we continually strive to improve the software support website. Web Editor, Stuart Miles describes some of our most recent changes.

5 - TAX SUPPORT IN JANUARY - FEEDBACK

Phew, January and the hectic tax season is now over! Tax Support Team Leader Mark Gionis, invites you to share your experiences using our software support services during this busy time.

We introduce you to the Installations & Technical Services Team led by Ashfaq Shah. These guys carry out installations, both on-site and by remote connection. They also offer a range of technical services relating to CCH software products.
