We do our best to provide good customer service at all times. However, if you're not happy for any reason, please let us know promptly so that we can do something about it.
If you're unhappy about the way in which we're dealing with a particular incident, you can ask the CCH Software Support Consultant to escalate the matter to their manager. This person will be the team leader for a particular product or product group.
If you need to take things further, the problem can be escalated to the CCH Software Support Manager, who has overall responsibility for all of the CCH Support Consultants and team leaders.
