We run a number of seminars, workshops and short courses for existing and potential clients. These provide:

CCH Document Integration

We’ve worked closely with our client focus groups to enhance our CCH Document Management software to compliment the way you work.

With their feedback CCH Document Management has been brought into the heart of CCH Central, so that the three main forms of communications (emails, letters and faxes) are all accessible through the CCH Central homepage. 

From the same page where you enter client data or monitor WIP, you can search for that same client’s related documents, search, upload and retrieve documents, allocate tasks to progress the document through the office workflow or even generate and pre-populate client correspondence.

 At the Document Integration events, we will demonstrate:

  • automatic filing of tax documents, such as: the tax return, computation, backing schedules, FBI acceptance or rejection notices, notice to reduce payments on account, etc… into the clients file from with the compliance module. 
  • viewing last years tax return and billing from with CCH Practice Management without having to go into more than one system
  • the creation and archive of document templates and the import of client data
  • email integration in to document management
  • automatic progress as any standard letters/documents through a system workflow
  • all from the same screen…

In short, where the application produces a document the user can save it without the need to enter any information. It’s automatically filed it into CCH Document Management.
