Registration is now required on our 'Customer Community'

To continue to be able to 'Create a Case' and search our 'KnowledgeBase', you will now need to be registered on our Customer Community.

Important Note: To remain informed and be kept up to date with communications, please join any 'Software Product' Groups on the Customer Community that you are licensed for. You will then automatically receive 'POST's on Software Release news/updates as and when they are made.

1) Click on 'Groups' in the top navigation menu

2) Next, click on the Groups that you want to join

3) Click the onto request membership
4) Your request will then be processed

To register on our Customer Community you'll be asked to enter your Practice Code (Client Code) and Registration Code (Client Web Password). These are included in the email/letter that Wolters Kluwer Software Support sends to all new customers, but if you don't have these details to hand or have forgotten them, then you can request the information from our Customer Services team on 0344 561 8181 option 2.
Enter these details on the registration form where you can choose a personal username and password. On subsequent visits when you're prompted to log on you will need to enter your personal username and password. Any number of people from your firm can register on our Customer Community.
Important Note: to download our software and access our eLearning courses, you need to be 'activated'. Please complete this form to request this.
