We aim to offer a wide range of options to help you get the most out of our software. We understand that your needs will vary depending on whether you are new to our software or whether you have been using it for a long time.
We aim to meet these varied needs through the provision of either standard or customised onsite training, through to eLearning, webcasts and seminars.

- Our courses are scheduled to start at 09:30 and end at 16:30 (half day courses end at 12:30). These timings cannot be guaranteed as time will be given to answering questions raised by delegates during the course.
* Calls charged at standard fixed line rates. Calls to and from this number may be monitored for record-keeping, quality assurance and training purposes.
We carry out feedback surveys after each onsite training and seminar event, to ensure that we capture your feedback and this is used to continually improve our training events. On completion of the survey, attendees are sent a link to a certificate of attendance which can be used as evidence for their CPD.
We also run a quarterly prize draw to win a £50 Marks and Spencer Gift card.
